CNA’s annual B2B tradeshow in Dallas offered a project management and design challenge. Charged with keeping the Creative Network (CN) on budget, 5 after 9 created eight CN teams to handle 27 tradeshow booths, event signage, event collateral, direct marketing, web design, delivery and logistics.
Instituting a temporary 24-hour print rotation maximized the CN production team’s day shift.
Site dressing, stage design, booth delivery, logistics and set up were coordinated from Chicago to keep on budget. The show was delivered on-time, without shipping damage and under budget for the first time ever.
The success of this program was repeated the following year.
5 after 9 also did B2B print campaigns for Risk Management and Commercial Insurance strategic business units.
